Threadless Summer Sale - Day 2

May 29th, 2007 by Jess

day2.jpg

The second day of the Threadless Summer Sale is here! I bought 5 tees yesterday but I know a bunch of you guys will wait until the very end of the sale. In addition to the sale, Threadless launched two contests yesterday: Wear In The World Vacation Map and COOLER! For the first contest, Threadless has chosen 108 locations worldwide and all you have to do is submit a photo of yourself in a Threadless shirt by one of these locations! If they receive one photo from each location, the sale will be extended until Monday! If you do submit a photo, you’ll be entered into the COOLER contest where you can win an awesome prize package.

The prints today are all simply adorable and all avaliable in kids tees. The Day The Fire Brigade Went On Strike is a fun illustration of elephants and a giraffe putting out a fire. Take Me To Tokyo is a simple print that’s very cute. Partly Hungry Skies is super duper cute! Lastly, Refrigerator Running is well, a refrigerator running.

Reprinted today are We’re on the same level and Rocketbird.

This is the first Threadless sale I’m part of so I’m planning to write about it every single day. With new prints and reprints, it can’t get much better than that. Remember to use the stock chart to save time! If you didn’t buy yesterday, run on over there now!

‘This is the first Threadless sale I’m part of’. Aw…

The ‘Wear in the World’ contest is pretty neat.

I don’t really dig the new shirts that have been coming out in the past few weeks, as well as all the new ones this week. None of them (with the exception of “Caravan”, which I bought) have really jumped out at me and screamed, “Buy me!”

    I totally agree, I’m a bit disappointed too…

Bah, just got my shirts in the mail and two of the five I ordered are the wrong sizes. Lame, now I have to go through the hassle of sending them back.
